My vivid paintings recreate classical work and literature from a contemporary viewpoint using intense colors and compositions built from collage making typically violent and grotesque scenes beautiful, similar to Old Master European paintings. I enjoy using sacred and mythological imagery originally used during the Renaissance and Baroque and placing them into new scenes of feminine vengeance.
